Erica began her career in the Ambulance Service in 2008. In 2011 she qualified as a medical trainer and taught in the voluntary sector before joining the Ambulance Service First Aid and Clinical Training Team in May 2014 full time.
Additional clinical qualifications now allow her to teach First aid courses, clinical updates and write specialised bespoke courses in a range of subjects and settings, in her own unique way. Her favourite subject to teach is …..ALL OF THEM!! but secretly she enjoys the challenges of ballistic training.
Erica continues to work on the road, on the front line on both RRV & DMA when she isn’t teaching! When not at work she enjoys being with family and where possible doing NOTHING!!!!
