All registered door staff to have full 3 year first aid certificate

From the 1st of April 2021 Security Industry Authority (SIA) require all registered door staff to have a full 3 year first aid certificate.

This qualification must be one of the following: -

Emergency First Aid Certificate
First Aid at Work
FREC Level 3 or 4.

The requirement from the Health and safety Executive (HSE), guidance for employers states the first-aid trainer provider needs to be competent to deliver all the company’s training needs.
